ploggZgb for permanent or semi-permanent installations

The ZigBee version of the PLOGG is ideally suited to multiple installations where a permanent or semi-permanent fixture is intended or where the installation is in multiple sites across a wide-spread estate.

This wireless version carries an embedded low power 2.4GHz ISM band transceiver based on the Ember EM250 single chip ZigBeeTM /IEEE802.15.4 solution.

  • Can act as ZigBeeTM End Device, Router or Coordinator

  • Operating temperature -40°C to +85°C

  • 250 kbits/s over the air data rate
  • 16 channels (80215.4 Channel 11 to 26)
  • +3dBm output power (+5dBm in boost mode)
  • High sensitivity of -97dBm typ. At 1% packet error rate
  • Hardware acceleration for IEEE 802.15.4 compliant transmissions
