How to place an order?

How to pay?

Most customers pay sample orders by credit card - VISA and MasterCard. We have a credit card form that you will find at the end of the price list. You can also pre-pay your sample order by bank transfer directly to our account. Our bank details can be found at the bottom of each page. For speedy processing please fax +44 (0) 1472 360112 your payment order form.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity for the PLOGG-blu version is 1 unit and for PLOGG-zgb, 4 units.

How long does the order process take?

• The processing time for an order is approximately 1 to 2 days - depending upon the standard stock availability. You can speed up the process if you give us all the necessary details with your first order.
• Address with your name, company name, street name, ZIP or post code, country.
• VAT number, if your business is resident in the EU. Without this VAT number we charge UK VAT at 17.5%. If you do not have a VAT number, then please write - No VAT number - on your order.
• For all countries outside the EU we do not need a VAT number and we have no need to charge any tax.
• Your telephone and fax number.
• Your email address
• Your website address, if you have one the technical contact person and the buyer in charge of ordering in your company.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most parts of the world. Our forwarders are TNT Express. On request others can be used.

How fast can you ship to my country?

Depending upon the country and city the time is approximately 2 to 5 working days.

How much are the freight charges:

Freight charges depend upon the freight forwarder, the volume, the weight, the service that you choose and the country. Energy Optimizers has favourable prices with TNT , which we pass on to our customers. See ORDER download for UK shipping rates.

Do you have the goods in stock?

We usually have samples and pre-production quantities in stock ready for shipment to you. Please ask about delivery times for production volumes.
